MEDIA PASS QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

Functional Fabric Fair issues media credentials to professionals who consistently create original editorial content related to innovation in textiles, apparel, accessories, and sustainable manufacturing. Media access must be used solely for the purpose of covering the event.

Applicants who do not meet the criteria outlined below must register as general attendees.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA BY MEDIA TYPE

  • Print, Broadcast, and Newswire Journalists
    Media credentials may be granted to those affiliated with newspapers, magazines, radio, television, or newswire services if:
    • Their name appears on the publication’s editorial masthead or website as a staff contributor or freelance journalist.
    • Their primary beat includes textiles, apparel innovation, performance fabrics, or sustainability.
  • Digital Media, Influencers, Bloggers & Podcasters
    Media credentials may be granted if applicants can provide:
    • The name and URL of the publication or platform, or the relevant social media handles where their work is published.
    • Consistent coverage (monthly or more frequent) of relevant topics such as apparel development, fabric innovation, or sustainable fashion.
    • A following or engagement level appropriate for industry influence may also be considered.

Note: Publishers, executives, copy/content editors, administrative staff, and brand-affiliated marketers are not eligible for media credentials.
